Affiliate Programme Terms

Version 2026-10-03 · Last updated: 3 October 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who we are and what these terms govern

The siriolegal.com affiliate programme is offered by WAKANDA MARKETING SL (tax ID B55286579), registered office at Calle Santiago Ramón y Cajal, nº 32, L4, 17190 Salt (Girona), Spain, registered with the Girona Commercial Registry, Volume 3135, Folio 44, Sheet GI-61646 (“siriolegal” or “we”). Contact: info@siriolegal.com.

These terms govern our relationship with the individual or company that joins the programme (“the affiliate”). They are a separate contract from the siriolegal Terms of Use, which still apply to your account. You accept them by ticking the box in the sign-up form; we keep the date, IP address and accepted version, and we email you a confirmation.

2. Who can become an affiliate

  • Adults with full legal capacity, and companies, acting in the course of their business or profession and registered for tax purposes in their country. By signing up you declare that this is the case.
  • You need a siriolegal account with accurate details. Only one affiliate profile per person or company is allowed.
  • We review every application by hand and may approve or reject it; if we reject it, we will try to tell you why. We do not accept websites or profiles with unlawful, hateful, violent or adult content, unauthorised gambling, content that infringes third-party rights, or that impersonate siriolegal.

3. How it works: link, code and attribution

Once your application is approved you get a unique link and code, shown in your affiliate dashboard.

  • A customer is linked to you (“referred customer”) when they create their siriolegal account after arriving through your link or by typing your code. Only new customers count: if they already had an account but had never bought anything, they are linked to you on their first purchase; anyone who had already bought before is not linked to any affiliate.
  • If the visitor accepts it in the notice we show them, their browser remembers your link for 60 days. If they do not, it only counts during that same visit or if they type your code when signing up. Without one of these, there is no attribution.
  • If someone arrives through several affiliates’ links, the last one counts (last click). Each customer can only be linked to one affiliate, and the link does not change afterwards.
  • There is no attribution or commission if the person had already bought from siriolegal before arriving through your link; if it is you or accounts linked to you (see section 7); or if the attribution comes from prohibited conduct.
  • Attribution and commissions are calculated from our records. If you think one is missing, write to us and we will look into it.

4. The commission

  • Launch commission: 25% of the amount actually paid by each referred customer, excluding VAT and other indirect taxes and net of refunds, discounts and chargebacks.
  • It is earned on all their purchases during the 12 months after the referred customer creates their account. Later purchases do not earn commission.
  • Your rate is the one in force when your application is approved. If we change it, we will email you at least 30 days in advance; the change never affects commissions already earned, and each customer already linked to you keeps the rate in force when they were linked for the rest of their twelve months.
  • The commission is your only remuneration under the programme: there are no fixed amounts, advances or expense reimbursements.

5. Holding period, cancellation and payment

  • Each commission is held for 30 days from the customer’s payment, to cover fraud, refunds and chargebacks. Your dashboard shows held, available and paid commissions.
  • If a purchase is fully or partly refunded or the customer opens a chargeback, the related commission is cancelled or reduced proportionally. If we had already paid it, the difference is deducted from the next payment.
  • We pay once a month, on the 30th (in February, on the last day of the month): on that day we pay the commissions that are already available, i.e. whose holding period has ended, provided they add up to at least €50. Otherwise they carry over to the next month.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer to the account you give us. Transfers within the SEPA area are free for you; outside it, intermediary bank charges may be deducted. You are responsible for your payment details being correct.
  • Before each payment, and as a condition for receiving it, you must issue an invoice to WAKANDA MARKETING SL for the payout amount, meeting the requirements of your country’s rules (in Spain, Royal Decree 1619/2012). We give you the payout details to prepare it. Without a valid invoice we cannot pay; the amount remains owed to you.

6. Taxes

  • Commissions are stated excluding indirect taxes. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on them.
  • If you are established in Spain, you will add the applicable VAT to your invoice. If you are established in another EU Member State and have a valid intra-Community VAT number, the supply is invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. If you are outside the EU, the rules applicable to your case apply.
  • If the law requires us to withhold tax (for example, Spanish personal income tax), we will deduct it from the payment and pay it to the tax authority.
  • You will hold us harmless from any tax claim arising from your failure to meet your own tax obligations.

7. How you may promote us and what is prohibited

You may recommend siriolegal with your own content (articles, honest reviews, videos, social media, newsletters to people who have consented) and with the materials we provide. The following is prohibited:

  • Self-referral: buying through your link or code for yourself, your company or group companies, or people acting on your behalf, and creating accounts in order to earn commissions.
  • Brand bidding: buying “siriolegal”, “sirio legal”, their variants, misspellings or combinations as keywords on search engines or ad platforms; showing our brand as the headline or visible URL of an ad; registering domains, profiles, apps or accounts that contain it.
  • Spam: commercial communications by email or other electronic means to people who have not requested or expressly authorised them (Article 21 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE), mass messages in forums, comments or groups, or unsolicited calls.
  • Misleading advertising: attributing to us features, prices, discounts, guarantees or results we do not offer — for example, saying that siriolegal replaces a lawyer or guarantees legal compliance —, presenting yourself as siriolegal or part of our team, or disparaging third parties (Spanish Unfair Competition Act 3/1991 and General Advertising Act 34/1988).
  • Hiding that it is advertising: you must clearly state that you earn a commission (for example, “affiliate link” or “ad”) next to the recommendation, in line with Article 20 LSSI-CE, Article 26 of the Unfair Competition Act and, if you are a content creator, the audiovisual rules that apply to you.
  • Artificial or fraudulent traffic: forcing the link to register without a real click, hidden frames, automatic redirects, software or extensions that inject links, bots, incentivised clicks without disclosure, or coupons and discounts we have not authorised.
  • Offering customers part of your commission, cashback or gifts for using your link without our written permission.
  • Promoting us next to unlawful content or content that may damage our reputation.

If you breach this section, we may cancel the commissions obtained through that conduct, suspend your affiliate account, terminate the contract with immediate effect and claim damages. You must return any commissions paid to you unduly.

8. Brand and materials

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the siriolegal brand and the materials we provide, solely to promote siriolegal while you take part in the programme and without altering them. When your participation ends you must remove them within a reasonable time. You acquire no other rights over our brand.

9. Relationship between the parties

We are independent parties. This contract does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship: you have no authority to negotiate or conclude contracts on our behalf, you take on no obligation to promote us or minimum targets, there is no exclusivity for either party, and the programme is open to anyone who meets these terms. Each party bears its own costs.

10. Data protection

  • We process your affiliate data (name or company name, email, country, tax ID, payment details, website and channels, and proof of your acceptance) to run the programme and pay you, on the basis of this contract and our accounting and tax obligations. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not disclose referred customers’ personal data to you: your dashboard only shows amounts, dates and statuses, with nothing that identifies them.
  • You are responsible for the personal data you process about your own audience, and you must not send us third parties’ personal data.

11. Liability

  • You are responsible for your content and promotions, and you will hold us harmless from third-party or regulatory claims arising from your breach of these terms or the law.
  • Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability to you under the programme is limited to the commissions paid or owed in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.
  • We are not liable for attributions that cannot be recorded for reasons beyond our control (for example, because the visitor does not let their browser remember your link or deletes it), or for temporary technical interruptions.

12. Term, leaving and termination

  • The contract is open-ended from the approval of your application.
  • You can leave at any time, free of charge, from your affiliate dashboard or by writing to info@siriolegal.com. Deleting your siriolegal account counts as leaving.
  • We may terminate the contract, or close or change the programme, by emailing you 30 days in advance, or with immediate effect if you breach these terms.
  • After you leave or the contract ends, no new commissions are earned. Commissions already earned are paid once their holding period ends, even below the minimum, except those cancelled for breach.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will email you at least 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you can leave before they take effect, and staying in the programme afterwards means you accept them. Changes required by law may apply from the date they become mandatory.

14. Notices, governing law and jurisdiction

We will write to your account email; you can write to us at info@siriolegal.com. If any clause is void, the rest remains in force. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Girona (Spain); if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction, and any other mandatory jurisdiction rule will in all cases be respected. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
